I was born at Bellin Hospital and although too young to remember, I
wouldn’t be surprise to have found out that I was slapped and thrown
across the room by the staff!
My mother was rushed to the ER about a
week ago from an accident that occurred at work. I left my class and
drove straight down to be by my mother’s side. My mother, an immigrant
needed me there for translation.
This nurse Practioner name Judy... Or
it could have been “Julie” Hemerson was AWEFUL! She rolled her eyes,
told us in these exact words, “Hurry up, I need to write something down…
Give me a number- How many seconds-minutes… You can talk later, give me
an answer!” Then had the nerve to tell us my mother’s condition
probably wasn’t worth emergency room visit but still refused to
discharge my mom.
The staff talked behind our back constantly. I would
go out to make phone calls or use the bathroom and always find two or
three staff behind the desk whispering then look up then pretend they
were filling paperwork.
DO NOT ever go to Bellin Hospital.
I have tons of nice things to say
about the other hospitals in Brown Co. My mother had the rest of my
siblings in ST. Vincent and my little brother spent 4 years in the
pediatrics at ST. Vincent’s for his cancer and they were the BEST!!!
Nicest and most patient staff ever.
I had my daughter and surgery at ST.
Mary’s and they were wonderful! I wish I remembered the staff but I was
in too much stress. The nurse who helped deliver my daughter was super
sweet and the NWTC student nurses who accompanied me during my surgery
were so kind and down to earth.
Aurora Hospital I’ve never been too
because it’s out of my area but I’ve heard only great stuff about them;
professional and they respect diversity.
Bellin Hospital Sucks.

They really do
suck. where s the option for NO STAR?
